Logo Design for California Search & Rescue Agency

This is what California Interagency Search And Rescue was looking for in their logo design

We're looking for a logo for a non-profit search and rescue organization. This logo will be used on all our marketing materials, as well as turned into a shoulder patch for uniforms. This team provides services to other government agencies and assists on searches for missing people, technical rescues of people trapped or in difficult to reach areas, as well as assisting on larger-scale disasters both locally and around the country.

Desired Specs:
Circle or Square emblem-style design preferred (so can be used as uniform patch)
Would like to incorporate themes related to medical and/or search & rescue, such as medical star, compass, mountains, etc)
Sans-serif fonts preferred
Preferred Colors: Red, Blue and/or Orange
