Dog Logo for 1 Mile Race

This is what The Jasper Mile was looking for in their logo design

We need a logo for a 1 mile race in Ann Arbor, MI called The Jasper Mile. The race is for dogs and their owners to run one mile as fast as they can on a course in Ann Arbor. The race celebrates Jasper, a 13 year old golden retriever celebrating his birthday that day.
The final design should be a vintage looking, hand drawn style logo that features Jasper (photos attached).
