Need logo for taco bar with a polynesian feel in the mountains of nc

This is what Tiki Taco was looking for in their logo design

We are a brand new upscale tiki bar in the western mountains of NC. We would like to incorporate the nc mountains and a totem pole or polynesian theme. With a classy upscale feel.
