Small Business Consultancy called Small Frend

This is what Small Frend was looking for in their logo design

Hi, My name is Danny. I love helping people who run small business's. Small business are suffering the most in today's economy. Small Frend helps business's develop their operations, streamline their processes, and give them a competitive edge against these big corporations. I do want the word Small Frend to be within the logo. The entirety of the background of this logo will be in Lime/Neon Green color. The Text will be white. I dont know what font yet. Something thick. I attached an image named Rono to show an example of a font that caught my eye. You can decide where the "two people" will be placed around the word "Small Frend" but I was hoping for you to create two people standing next to each other, one person being dramatically smaller than the other.
