This is what Tracewood Apartments was looking for in their logo design

We’d like to create a new logo and change the entrance sign and some signage at Tracewood. We will keep the building signs.
We would like it to be black, minimalist design, modern and possibly some taupe metallic accents.
The new office will have a lot of blue, the roofs and existing signage are burgundy, so a black entrance sign, will be bold and will be neutral so that we’re not throwing in another color. Read more
