I am a Relationship specialist (RS). I live in Southampton UK which is on the coast. As an RS, I work in both industry leaders and consumers (couples). With leaders I work to help resolve major conflict in the organization (helping to reconnect rather than just mediate); helping the leader to influence & engage others; and support team development & performance by developing robust relationships. With couples I help resolve conflict and reconnect to a happy partnership. Since I live on the coast I quite like the idea of a maritime them - especially as the work relationSHIP lends itself to quotes such as "navigating stormy seas to smoother sailing" or let me captain the ship until safe to harbour" etc etc. The design should make one feel calm, peaceful - yet suggest movement, or something that is dynamic. It might also suggest something holistic since I work with the whole person and work with audiences across the globe. Read more
