Logo / Mark for Urban apartment building in California

We are looking for a modern and creative mark / logo for our upcoming apartment project in Sacramento, California. The building is called "Trinity House" and is in the thriving Sutter District, an arts + entertainment area full of working professionals and urbanites.

We want this logo / mark to be bold, creative, modern as it will be incorporated in the building's signage and website. We also want it to reflect the surrounding area of midtown and the Sutter District.
While the mark could be initials or something similar, such as "T" and "H" interworked, we have had success by incorporating aspects of the building or design, such as interwoven brick pattern used on the exterior of the building.

Examples of this are the golden arches of McDonalds or Nike's Swoosh.
