This is what See previous notes. was looking for in their logo design

My company is called Worthington Executive Search.
I would like a logo that is a combination of a 'creative' W that can be used standalone, as well as the words Worthington Executive Search written in a font and format that prioritises Worthington and has Executive Search as subsidiary - either to the right or underneath the Worthington.
Ideally the Worthington would be a little more interesting than purely normal text. Perhaps one or two letters that look a little different. Anything that shows it has not just been typed normally, but which gives it a little distinction.
The emphasis should be on a smart but modern feel. This is a financial services business. Relatively formal, but not old fashioned.
The W when standalone might be a fresh clear W, or some form of image in the shape of a W.
I attach a couple of images that resonate. One is a W shape but not a specific letter. The other is a more specific W, but creatively shown. Both options are interesting.
