Hand drawn cartoon style logo required for Newfoundland dog event

This is what NEWF FEST 2024 was looking for in their logo design

I am looking for a logo design for a Newfoundland dog social weekend. We will be carrying out water rescue trials, carting (draught work), a dog show, grooming etc at the event.

Ideally I would like the logo to include a water related theme (life rings, dogs in water etc) and maybe a cartoon style display of Newfoundland dogs (black, brown and landseer) carrying out the activities/showing/cart work. It needs to be fun and eye catching as it's predominantly a fun weekend. Feel free to use Google images as a reference.

The logo will need to include the text 'NEWF FEST 2024' and also the venue 'Rother Valley Country Park'.

It will be used for merchandise, print and advertising so I will require the original vector version. All illustrations and designs must be your own and not copyrighted or AI developed. NO CLIP ART OR STOCK IMAGES please - it must be original artwork.
