TIG - Real Estate Developement

This is what TIG was looking for in their logo design

Looking to create a logo for a Real Estate Development Company. Name of the company is Tyrrell Investment Group Ltd. Branding wise it will be referred to as TIG. We already have a construction management firm Tyrrell Projects Inc. Logo is uploaded below. Tyrrell Projects inc's colors are orange and black. I like the idea of keeping orange in the logo to tie the two companies together. I would love to see navy blue incorporated with orange accents.

This logo needs to portray trust, growth, collaboration and energy. It needs to say we do high end, meticulous work. It should be classy but at the same time be contemporary and modern. Think boutique contemporary developments for affluent clientele.

I would prefer it to be very simple. Leaning towards just letters TIG (but displayed in a unique way). Also open to seeing some logos. Attached are some examples.
