Meters & Miles New Logo for start up high performance track, field and road footwear

This is what Meters & Miles. was looking for in their logo design

I am looking for a clean standout logo that could stand for itself without words, . I have 2 concepts I have considered so far.
1). Using the & to mix the track and road. Representing the track and field athletes to the road race distance athletes.
2). Using the the phase gaits of running in the design. A phase gait is the rhythmic cycle between each foot landing and in air. The foot can be longer on ground for distance running shorter in air and closer together between each foot print vs a sprinter the footprint is shorter and both feet are in air longer.
Name of new business is Meters & Miles. I will be selling high performance footwear for athletes of all types.

I was thinking to add. “What’s your Rhythm “. But probably only matches the Phase gait design.
