Education Research, Evaluation, and Data Strategy consultant needs a logo design

I need a design for my consulting start-up that provides guidance to teachers and school admins to grow their own capacity to do in-house education research, evaluation, and data strategy to improve teaching and learning outcomes. The idea is that, with a little help, schools can be self-sufficient regarding assessing and reporting the achievement of their students rather than being at the mercy of out-of-touch state/national standardized test outcomes. I would like a design that reflects this service and uses an image and color sequence that is non-intimidating (bc research, eval, and data can already be intimidating to teachers/admins/teachers).
