Sacred Life Care Initiative logo (representing human connection and endless mutual support)

This is what Sacred Life Care Initiative ("Care Initiative" can be placed as secondary text as shown in the attached copy) was looking for in their logo design

This logo is for a nonprofit that provides end-of-life care and grief support to clients and families. I initially purchased a design that I like (attached here), but would now need one that belongs exclusively to our organization and that I retain full rights to.

I have attached the current logo that was purchased from a commercial web/logo site. I would like to keep the same color scheme but need to update it to be one that belongs exclusively to our organization (I am totally open to more creativity and originality in the design). If there are creative ways to maintain the idea of joining hands in an infinite relationship of mutual support/sharing that would be great. I am open to new designs that express this vision as well. I would like it to represent a connection between 2 people (joined hands) even if one is caring or receiving care that each supports the other in an infinite loop/partnership.
