"Complete 48 miles in 31 days" online Facebook fundraiser for nonprofit animal shelter

This is what WAIF 48 Whidbey or WAIF48 on Whidbey was looking for in their logo design

We're trying a new online fundraiser (peer-to-peer) to challenge people to walk, run, bike, swim, etc. 48 miles during the month of August.

• Why 48? We're based on Whidbey Island (about 90 minutes north of Seattle). We're one of the few nonprofits on the island that support the island's population. The island is approximately 48 miles long so we thought this would be a fun goal for people to achieve.
• We're hoping to make this an annual event on Facebook so people located elsewhere can participate off-island as well.
•There's a lot of island pride so we need to incorporate Whidbey, 48, and our acronym in the design. Something like "WAIF 48 Whidbey" or "WAIF 48 on Whidbey"
•We'd like to incorporate icons of biking, running, walking, swimming, etc. if possible but we're open to ideas.
•For background, we are a shelter that rehomes cats and dogs without time or space constraints. We follow no-kill life saving philosophies.
