Create a logo for Personal Foundation

This is what JJP or JP or Phillips Foundation was looking for in their logo design

Would like to have this designed and cleaned up and open to some different variances. I am hoping for some improvements and to clean this up and be sure it is complete in design. To remove the "Leather Background" and look at some modern options. Should include the FROG, a cross, and with Monogram JP or JJP.
