The Contrast Lab is a modern wellness space built around contrast therapy — the powerful combination of heat and cold to enhance recovery, longevity, and overall well-being.
We go beyond basic sauna and cold plunge to offer a full spectrum of options to get hot and cold. Our facility includes:
A large communal hybrid sauna (traditional + infrared)
An infrared movement room (i.e., an empty sauna) for hyperthermic training
Hot soaks, a cold float bed, and a polar room
Red light therapy booths, compression boot stations, and acoustic vibration plates
InBody 970S professional body composition analysis
Salt generators for enhanced air and recovery benefits
We’re not a spa — we’re a science-backed wellness lab for people serious about performance, recovery, and health — but we also want our brand to feel inviting, warm, and human.
