Granite City Glass Logo for brand that has been around since 1955

This is what Granite City Glass was looking for in their logo design

I need a logo for website, swag, business cards etc. We are a glass replacement company that has been around since 1955. The old logo had a mountain in background. Colors that were used were yellow and sky blue, it would be great if we could take that and elevate that. I am attaching an old design that was for another part of the company, but logo was the same. I want to modernize this. This company has been around a long time, so needs to be classic and not too trendy. I want the logo to feel like this company has standing.
I would like the mountain to be in background then text to overlay mountain in some form. We are based in the midwest, I am not trying to make it feel like we are in colorado, but more the "strength" of the mountain.
