Logo Design for Affluent College Student Apartment Complex

This is what The Hollis Townhomes was looking for in their logo design

I am looking to rebrand an apartment complex. The current name of the complex is UClub Townhomes. The new name for the property will be The Hollis Townhomes. I'm looking for a new logo for the rebrand. These apartment are solely rented to affluent college age students and should reflect a traditional, yet modern and minimal design. The logo should incorporate an icon and text. (The word Hollis refers to a holly plant. A holly icon can be incorporated but it should not be literal.) "The Hollis" is the focus, "Townhomes" should be incorporated into the logo but in a way that could be removed in various uses. Read more
