Kind Works - Community non-profit

This is what Kind Works (with Community Matters as tagline) was looking for in their logo design

Need a fun logo for a new non-profit spreading kindness in the community of Dundas, Ontario, Canada, called Kind Works. The core mission of Kind Works is to bring together local residents to provide 'pay-it-forward' acts of kindness for their fellow community members. This may include small favors, such as shoveling snow for a senior, fund-raising initiatives for other local charities, food drives, garbage clean-up, pet adoption pop-ups or housing projects. The community will submit ideas and vote on the ones they feel will provide the most value.

Would like the logo to reflect a warm and welcoming vibe. Bright colors, rounded font and iconography that represents caring, support, community and love. Thinking a retro vibe to reflect a simpler time may work, e.g. an old truck with a big heart in the cab.
