Viral food truck needs a logo design for it's sister store

This is what Gigi's Dinette was looking for in their logo design

Looking for a fresh, modern, clean logo for our first store, based on our very famous food truck, which is known as "The Home of the Chicharrones," and specializes in Guatemalan cuisine. Please see the current logo attached for our mother brand, Garcia's Taco Bar. The color scheme should incorporate black, natural, and shades of red or green also open to other color scheme to ensure the design is clean. Would also like a version using the colors of the Guatemalan flag and elements. Would like to see a landscape version as well. The final design should be clean and modern.
