UCP Skilled Trades Mission Critical

This is what UCP Skilled Trades Mission Critical was looking for in their logo design

The original logo created for us with UCP Skilled trades is excellent but now we want to add more of an emphasis on our mission critical niche. I think if we have the UCP Skilled Trades logo but with Mission Critical behind it so somewhat transparent I would like to see what you can come up with.
