This is what Quake Poker was looking for in their logo design

We need a logo for a new brand we are creating in the online poker community. The name "Quake Poker" will be used and we have a specific idea for the logo itself.

The brand "Quake Poker" carries a powerful ring to it and we are trying to create a logo that supports this. We have an idea for using the letters "q" and "p" together to create the image of a "Club" that is used on a playing card. I've attached some sample mockups that outline this.

We are leaning toward Black and Green for colors but are open for ideas. We think that a Charcoal or something could replace the black as well and would compliment a bold green color as well.

I've also attached a similar concept for "Playground Poker" that uses the letter "P" twice to form the image of a "Spade" on a playing card. We are looking to do something very similar.
