Tamarindo Church

This is what Tamarindo Church was looking for in their logo design

The design I'm looking for is for a church in the popular beach/tourist town of Tamarindo in Costa Rica.

Most of who we draw are young families with parents in their 20s-40s.

We are a Christian Church on the beach

Looking for a logo that incorporates the "feel" of nature, surf, faith, God. Nothing that is overly trendy... more to the tune of the lifestyle here that is much about nature, surf, sun, laid back, slow going, "pura vida" as they say here... meaning "pure life" in Spanish.

Again... we are not looking for trendy and attractional.
The feel we are looking for is more "approachable, relaxed, welcoming".

Think- a cross between Faith in Christ and Beach Living
