Monster cones, an ice cream cone vending trailer needs a logo

This is what monster cones was looking for in their logo design

We are a hard scooped ice cream vending company. We travel to festivals and rodeos putting smiles on people's faces with ice cream. Our serving sizes border on the ludicrous, with our 90oz Ogre cone. We are looking for a logo, possibly with a friendly hungry monster holding a giant ice cream cone that is bigger than him. Something that is eye catching from 100 feet or metres away.
Some technical details that will make it easier for us to use the logo in signs, advertising, and a blow up monster for the top of the trailer include:
keeping to just a few colours. We like dark and light blue, lime green, and red.
A logo that could have two versions (lettering beside the image and lettering under the image) would be great.
