I am a Certified Executive Coach launching a new company.

Coaching is defined by the International Coach Federation as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
'Rooted' in the belief that we all have what it takes and the capability to find the answers, coaching is about leveraging one's individual strengths and capacity to realize extraordinary personal and professional results. Sometimes, we just need a thinking partner to support the self-discovery to arrive at what lies within.

My approach is to integrate the powerful skills of coaching with solid business acumen to inspire INSIDE OUT LEADERSHIFT. This transformation inspires for me the symbol of a tree - firmly rooted with a solid core/trunk.
