Navigate Enterprises

This is what Navigate Enterprises. ('Enterprises' to be one third the size of Navigate).Underneath 'Mind Training, Coaching, Business Development' was looking for in their logo design

Mind Training, Coaching and Business Development.
We go into business's to train the owners and staff in how to reach their goals, and use their mind to achieve permanent change and growth, increasing productivity and profits for the owners. I also buy and grow business's and have people manage the business. I want to improve peoples lives. I am developing programs for companies to use to develop their number one asset - their people.
I want the logo to convey finding your path. I would prefer something to do with Navigation and new ventures - perhaps a ships steering wheel, a lighthouse, a vision of finding a path for growth, ripples in a pond, or a river winding in - people finding their path in life and achieving growth and development. I like the attached files - all easily found on google images - but dont want to copy anyone else.
