New Logo Design Project

This is what Property Works was looking for in their logo design

We need a logo design for a new company.
Property Works is a South Australian commercial cleaning company.
There target market is medium to large commercial businesses.
The client wants a modern look and a corporate feel to the logo do to the client base it is trying to attract.
The client likes the idea of a building and or a row of buildings incorporated in the logo.
Perhaps even a 'city scape' in the logo.
Being new to the market place, the client wants something that will catch the eye of the
Potential customer.

The client is open to most colour options except the use green.
