Logo - Italian Restaurant

This is what D.O.C Gastronomia Italiana was looking for in their logo design

We are a new rustic Italian restaurant opening in Shanghai.

We will be called:

D.O.C Gastronomia Italiana

D.O.C. means - Denominazione di Origine Controllata (controlled designation of origin). Which is a certification for products made in Italy using defined methods and that it satisfies a defined quality standard.

Gastronomia Italiana - means Italian food and beverage.

Our logo should just be our name - D.O.C Gastronomia Italiana probably with the focus on D.O.C and Gastronomia Italiana below the D.O.C.

We would like the logo to look like a stamp. The letters DOC should be the main part of the logo with Gastronomia Italiana smaller and making up the rest of the stamp.
