Dry Gin (7 hills)

This is what Seven Hills - Small Batch - Handcrafted, destilled and bottled in Germany, est. 2015 in Bonn was looking for in their logo design

we need a logo design for our new company based in Bonn, Germany. We're a young company and we're produce german handcrafted Gin from local herbs from the nearby seven hills (mountains).
We place high value on sustainability and the Logo should reflect this. We are not quite sure if the product will call "Seven Hills" or "7 Hills".
In addition: we're producing our Gin without any additives. All ingredients are from organic farming.
