About the project – “BRITER” logo

This project is to design a logo for an internal human resources project to publicize and reinforce our Core Values among employees. Our Core Values, called “BRITER”, are:
Balance
Respect
Integrity
Trust
Empowerment
Reward

See the attached document for the definitions of each Core Value.
The Values were originally selected by the employees through group exercises. To make the Core Values an integral part of the company culture we have implemented a program to recognize employees who demonstrate behaviors associated with the Values.

Because this is an HR program, the logo will be mainly internal-facing, not to be used as a significant part of external company identity or branding (except perhaps in job ads). There are no specific design guidelines. The word "BRITER" may be part of the logo but not mandatory.
