Four Leaf wine label

This is what a business in Australia was looking for in their packaging design

I need front & back labels for a wine, a 1 dozen bottle gift for my parents. The name of the wine is "Four Leaf." It'll be a Vintage 2012 wine, a Sauvignon Blanc from Adelaide Hills. My Mum is an architect and she likes four leaf clovers and is great at finding them. I'll be printing and hand applying the labels to the bottle (matt stock). I'd like a simple, graphic design for the front label, a maximum of 2-3 colours, elegant serif font please. I'm looking for something elegant, understated, simple, pared back.
