Innovative coffee bean bag design for roasters

This is what a business in United Kingdom was looking for in their packaging design

We need a design which can be printed on a coffee bean bag but which could also work on a sticker of similar size. We're after quirky, geeky, playful and innovative. Something that will stand out and communicate the character of our business. It should be eye catching and draw the customer in for a closer look.
Thematically, think organic and earthy.
It needs an element which can be changed for different coffee origins and roast profiles, so the main design will remain the same but with a feature which changes to help the customer know what they're looking at and will make them smile.
Approximate dimensions we need are 15cm by 12cm, with the 15cm being the vertical height of the bag image. (The image will be viewed in portrait). This is the main print area - however, if you have a great idea for a full bag image (approximately 23cm by 13cm), feel free to submit this too, we're interested in all ideas.
