Glass repair Packaging Design Project

This is what Glassright was looking for in their packaging design

The product is a glass scratch repair kit inside a clear, plastic clamshell pack.
Two covers need to be designed: one for the front and one for the back of the clamshell pack, both 150mm(height) x 145mm(width).

The scratch repair kit comes in 2 sizes: 2" repair pads and 3" repair pads. Each size kit comes in 3 grades: light scratch removal, medium scratch removal and deep scratch removal.

The main packaging will stay the same for every kit but needs an area on the front cover to say size and grade e.g

2" repair pad, light scratch repair
or
3" repair pad, deep scratch repair

The kit is for the DIY market and so "DIY" needs to be on the front cover quite prominently.
"Drill required but not included" to be on back cover.

Repairable damage includes:
Scuffs
Scratches
Water marks
Acid marks
Wiper blade marks
