Consulting Company needs two trade show banners

This is what Enhanced Information Solutions was looking for in their poster design

We need two banners created for our trade show booth. Basically, we require a background banner for a trade show booth AND a smaller banner for the podium. Please see the banner.png file that shows you an example of the type of trade show booth you are designing.

We need two graphics but since these are part of the same trade show display the two banners need to work together and therefore I'm posting the two graphics in one contest.

On the front of the podium we want the OpsTrakker logo, a iPad with a screen capture of the mobile app and a small graphic describing How it works. This banner should look something like the attached podium.png but with a better design. Specifically, just like the podium.png file I want a large OpsTrakker logo at the top, a screen capture on the below left and the 'How it Works' graphic on the below right.
