Real Estate Company Needs Stationery Design Project, Logo Redesign, For Sale Design

This is what TAG was looking for in their stationery design

We are a real estate company in San Diego California. We handle mostly coastal areas with middle to high end properties. Our colors are gray, dark silver, and black. I do not want anything Cartoon-ish but it does need to have a modern feel. We are looking to have these items below designed. We have a logo that we like and we have already built some name recognition so I don’t want to change the design but I am open to it… so feel free to pitch a new logo if you would like. We do however need our logo designed by a pro and put into high resolution Illustrator file. We listed the items we need designed below 1-4 with a description of what we are looking for below that. We need items 1-4 done with item 5 being optional for you designers. I attached our logo, current business cards, and a picture of real estate for sale sings for reference.
