Dragonfly tribute in memory of my Dad

This is what a business in Canada was looking for in their tattoo design

Elegant dragonfly tattoo for top of foot possibly. Body of tattoo would be a teal colored ribbon to represent substance abuse in memory of my dad. Word Dad could potentially be added to ribbon or into wings of dragonfly. Wings of dragon fly to be elegant. Im thinking light and scroll/wispy vs super detailed. Sizing should be appropriate for top of foot or other delicate small areas. Foot size is 8.5 for reference. Would like it to cover approx 1/4 of outside of top face of foot. May want to put family birthstones into wings divided btw the 4 wings (top left wing would be Dad birthstone-Aug; right top wing would be my mom -Oct; bottom left would be Hubby and Me March and Oct; and right bottom wing would be my 2 kids - April and August.
