Surround my existing cross tattoo

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their tattoo design

I already have a wooden cross tattoo that I am wanting stuff added around it to be able to transition it into an arm sleeve I want it to tie into each other maybe like an hour glass with sand running out or a clock maybe some clouds or something I’m interested in anything as long as it ties together and looks good.
