Full leg tattoo sleeve design for woman incorporating existing tattoo

This is what a business in Faroe Islands was looking for in their tattoo design

I am looking to get at tattoo design for a leg sleeve, to cover the rest of my one leg

I already have the shin tattooed, so the design needs to incorporate this existing tattoo.

The existing tattoo is the picture "10. My existing leg tattoo, that needs to be incorporated"


On the outer thigh I want a skull with a sword through it's head and the text "Trust no one" next to it.

I've attached picture "20. Skull with sword and text on outer thigh" that shows a design I like for this part.

"22. Placement for skull part of tattoo" shows the approximate location I want for this part of the tattoo
