I am a funeral director and there is a state funeral convention every year. When i was 15 i went to the convention and was out to dinner with 20 other funeral directors. There was an old italian funeral director similar to the godfather who when he spoke he captivated everyones attention. He was smoking a cigar which we all do and he was telling us a story about a 25 year old kid who came home from college, and told his father that he was gay. The kids father turned his back on him and disowned him. The young kid ended up committing suicide. The kids father was looking to the old italian funeral director for compassion. The director said that he would bury his son but he told the table of funeral directors that he could not show compassion, because you never turn your back on your family. He looked down this long table of funeral directors and said if any of my kids came to me and said, "dad i just killed someone" he would respond "well son...what are we going to do with the body."
