World of Wheels car/bike show shirt design

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their t-shirt design

We are a motorcycle shop that will be in the world of wheels car show. we are looking to have a shirt design made that will have "World of Wheels" on it as well as our company name "Dirt Bag Baggers" and an illustrated version of one or both of our bikes, we also want the Chicago skyline incorporated into the background of the design.
