Basquiat Art Style On Top of Black and White

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their t-shirt design

Create a shirt design. The subject of the pieces is Basquait. His head will be large and in black and white. He eyes nose and mouth would have enlarged clips of those elements in color. In addition I want his art style used in those areas, by recreating how he depicts eyes, noses, and mouths in those bright colors. I also specifically want a crown pointed diagonally left on the left side above his head. Crowns are a symbol he uses throughout his works.
