Basketball WIEN Layout for T-shirt Backside

This is what a business in Austria was looking for in their t-shirt design

I need for the Tshirt Layout # 33995962 a layout for the backside. To give you an idear of what I need I attach the layouts of previous years.
The layout has to have all participating contries and "Participating Countries"
The shirt is BLACK
The layout at the back should only consist of 2 colours!!!!!
You find attached the front of the shirt. The backside should fit in with it in any way. (especially the used colours should fit)
