Baseball Cap Design

This is what Eat and Sleep Music clothing was looking for in their vector design

I'm looking to have a baseball cap designed. I want the cap to have a stylish look with a script font. I'll provide the example of the script font. I would like the words "Eat & Sleep Music" on the front of the cap. Also, I want the company logo on the side of the cap which I'll provide.
