Fluent Medical website design

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their web design

We would like to re-design our website (www.fluentmedical.com) starting with the homepage. Some of the sites that we like are:

We'd like to get away from the blue and grey of our current site and have a site that's more colorful, bolder and bigger. Currently we have 3 buckets on our homepage (Physician Groups, Hospital-Based Physicians and Residents - see middle of page). We'd like to have four buckets (Nurses being the additional bucket). We would also like to have a fluid grid design that will scale appropriately for different resolutions. We would also like to downplay Apple in favor of Windows. Read more
