This is what a business in United Kingdom was looking for in their Wordpress design

I'm a web developer but a poor designer so i need somebody to design me a cool and professional WordPress theme. I specialize in shopping cart developments and modifications as well as hosting for these system so would like the design to show this off. I am UK based and want this to also come across in the design.
