This is what a business in Canada was looking for in their art design

I'm in the process of designing the packaging for my chocolate sauce, aka Liquid Cocoa. It's a food service product, meaning it's used by cafés and not consumers. It's used across Canada by over 300 coffee shops to make hot chocolates and mochas. It was crafted for passionate baristas who take their profession seriously and who always care about the products they serve their customers. To add a certain connection between the product and the barista, I need a doodle of a barista on the front of my packaging. This character would ideally be androgynous, meaning neither male nor female. The character is pouring a liquid from a barista's jug into a mug. The mug has a latte art on the surface. The barista is wearing a barista's apron, and maybe some type of head accessory, like a hat or a cap.
