Art Design Brief

I'm in the process of designing the packaging for my chocolate sauce, aka Liquid Cocoa. It's a food service product, meaning it's used by cafés and not consumers. It's used across Canada by over 300 coffee shops to make hot chocolates and mochas. It was crafted for passionate baristas who take their profession seriously and who always care about the products they serve their customers. To add a certain connection between the product and the barista, I need a doodle of a barista on the front of my packaging. This character would ideally be androgynous, meaning neither male nor female. The character is pouring a liquid from a barista's jug into a mug. The mug has a latte art on the surface. The barista is wearing a barista's apron, and maybe some type of head accessory, like a hat or a cap. Also, if you can make it clear that the liquid being poured into the mug is chocolate, that would be a bonus. The brand is called Rebel Chocolates and our brand persona is a creator/rebel. This means that the character cannot be comedic. Here's my website for more information: www.rebelchocolates.com. I've also attached doodles done by another illustrator, which I really did not like at all. I'm attaching it so you can visualize the space and the packaging. And also, you can better understand what I am mean by doodle.
