This is what a business in United States was looking for in their graphic design

It's a Louisiana Cajun illustration. The characters in the scene i'll let you create from scratch. I am looking for something fun, bright/dull colors, and something that looks like a wild and crazy ride. The colors need to accurately portray the object or scenery.
