Graphic Design Brief

It's a Louisiana Cajun illustration. The characters in the scene i'll let you create from scratch. I am looking for something fun, bright/dull colors, and something that looks like a wild and crazy ride. The colors need to accurately portray the object or scenery.

See attached Bayou Boat Race concept. The other attached designs are just some ideas I like because of the color or look of the design.
Let me know if this is something you can do. I have more designs for future if everything works out.
