all designers, I would encourage you to think about what this business offers and integrate this into a simple image that can augment the acronym and/or business name. imagery of residential housing, property reports, development knowledge, appraisals, equity, unlocking the potential, unlocking the value, key to your financial freedom, and so on will be looking upon favorably.

We have uploaded an image of our thinking that has encapsulated the name, the acronym and format we think addresses our target. We hope this assists in generating some ideas.

We have increased the money available on this project as we are hoping we can generate some more ideas. The logo I have posted is a suggestion but should not drive everything. We like the use of multiple colours as this will help lead to our web and report designs. We are wanting the designers to direct us here and not just use the colours we have included. The logo component should stand alone. It does not have to be literal and we would prefer not to have generic ''property'' or ''Australia'' images included. The version that includes the word should give equal emphasis to all words. We like an abstract logos but is has to read as professional, i.e. like an accountant or financial planner.
